The house is a short 5 min walk to Sawtell village cafes, restaurants and heritage cinema. One of only 2-3 properties in Sawtell with 180 degree beachfront views. Indoor and outdoor eating areas over looking the beach, as well as large rear lawn and gazebo with built-in BBQ and dining area. Outdoor hot shower and double garage with table tennis and darts.
Sawtell is on the beautiful NSW mid-north coast, a 5 1/2hr drive from Sydney and located 10min from Coffs Harbour airport, serviced by all major airlines.

The house is perfect for 2 families with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite and views over the beach. We primarily offer our home via Airbnb however happy to take bookings direct. Contact us for rates. We have plenty of reviews on the house at our Airbnb listing. Our minimum stay is 5 nights, and there is a cleaning & linen fee of $180. All linen provided.
